Getting ready for a graduation party

So at a point where I am feeling very stressed, in my daily devotional I read, "Jesus replied, 'No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.' " (Luke 9:62) Is this the Lord's sense of humor, or am I really that awful? Needing some grace today. Maybe a lot.
